Sculpt your signals like you would on a large-format pro mixer with the API Audio 565 Filter Bank, a 500-series EQ module based on the 215 module from API’s larger mixing consoles. Providing sweepable high- and low-pass filters with a sweepable notch filter that sports adjustable Q, this module is ideal for refining signals in a precise and musical manner.

Each sweepable filter sports switchable filter slope selection; 12/6 dB per octave for the LPF and 18/12 dB per octave for the HPF. The notch section offers 20 Hz to 20 kHz sweeping with 0.95 to 15.3 adjustable Q (bandwidth) and a 3-way switch for adjusting the range (x1, x10, and x100). Each of the bands on the Filter Bank features an independent bypass switch, allowing you to use only the bands you want for a particular signal. The 565 Filter Bank delivers all the expected API audio quality and reliability provided by all their modules, thanks to the proprietary circuitry that includes 2520 and 2510 op-amps, a transformer-balanced output, and discrete transistor buffers derived from the 550-series EQs.

215 Filter Bank in a 500-Series Form Factor

The 565 Filter Bank module has circuits that are true to the musical filters of the famed 215 module found in large-format API consoles. This gives you the same comprehensive filter capacity of a pro console in the highly portable form factor of the 500-series equipment racks.

• Up to 40 dB of notch filter gain cut at minimum Q setting
• Three selectable notch filter ranges (x1, x10, x100)
