Singing Bowl Mallet
For hitting and rubbing the singing bowl
Designed in collaboration with Sara Auster
Consists of densely stacked layers of suede on one side and a silicone disc with a hand-turned cork handle between the two sides
These components are mounted over a hollow aluminium tube for a super-light feel
The suede mallet produces a clear, pristine sound when struck against the wall of a bowl
The suede is firm enough for a super-fast response, but soft enough for a warm, rich sound, and can strike even thin-walled crystal bowls with confidence
The silicone disc on the opposite end gives your bowls a silky, seamless, sustained sound when rubbed along the wall of the bowl
The natural cork handle is comfortable and secure in the hand
This mallet plays excellently on Alchemy crystal singing bowls as well as on frosted crystal and metal bowls
